The new Health Perception Lab is an interdisciplinary project run by the Institute of Dietetics and Nutrition at FH JOANNEUM. In collaboration with additional seven degree programmes (Biomedical Science, Midwifery, Health Management in Tourism, Occupational Therapy, Sustainable Food Management, Communication, Media, Sound and Interaction Design and Information Management) the laboratory will provide a scientific basis for obesity prevention and treatment. Health-related sensory research is combined with methods such as perception and consumer research, including eye tracking.
